To not accept donations from the victims or their families.

To not accept any form of reward payment.

in any of our programs, services, activities, and we provide equal access to all members of the community.

OUR TEAM

We formed an organized search team in 2019 while searching for Andreen McDonald, a missing mother and murdered domestic abuse victim. Since then, Search & Support San Antonio has grown into a registered non-profit that is trained and certified by FEMA, TEEX and NASAR as well as CERT. We are a team of 21 consisting of active duty military, veterans, veteran dependents, retired law enforcement, private investigators, survivors of domestic violence, and engaged citizens in our community. In addition, families of missing loved ones and victims of crime are equally involved in our advocacy and outreach efforts. We train and background check our volunteers. All of our search, rescue, and discovery services are free of charge, and we do not accept any donations from family members nor rewards. Furthermore, we provide advocacy and support to families of missing persons and those who have been victims of unsolved crimes through outreach events. With our motto, "We are here to serve our community", we believe that we make a difference, and our efforts are well received. We are active members of the San Antonio VOAD, 2-1-1 Bexar Necessities, the Texas Crime Prevention Association (Alamo Area) and have collaborated with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office V-Corp search team since 2022. Three forensic artists have been partnering with our organization since 2023, offering free age progression photographs to missing adults and children.
